New Digital Library Opens in Fajardo, Puerto Rico

The MENTEC Center, a new Fajardo Municipality digital library center, is having a soft opening on Thursday, Sept. 20, at 6 p.m. when the municipality and INTENE (a regional economic non-profit created to develop strategic business initiatives between government, universities and the private sector) will celebrate the center’s creation.
