Puerto Rico Connects to High-Speed Network Infrastructure

Gov. Alejandro García Padilla has announced that Puerto Rico is connecting to the Optical Transport Infrastructure AMX-1. Connecting to this infrastructure will significantly enhance the quality of telecommunications on the island. Infrastructure Optical Transport AMX-1 has a capacity of 100 gigabits data per second and a total of 90 terabits per second.
