Siemens Initiates Technical Job Training Program for Veterans

Siemens has announced a new, job training initiative for U.S. military veterans with engineering and manufacturing backgrounds as part of a nationwide effort to assist veterans transitioning to the civilian workforce. The program will provide free training in the use of state-of-the-art digital lifecycle management and computer-aided design (CAD), computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) and computer-aided engineering (CAE) software technology. The courses will be available at 22 of the company’s software training facilities including the following cities: Huntsville, AL,
