New Digital Library Opens in Fajardo, Puerto Rico

The MENTEC Center, a new Fajardo Municipality digital library center, is having a soft opening on Thursday, Sept. 20, at 6 p.m. when the municipality and INTENE (a regional economic non-profit created to develop strategic business initiatives between government, universities and the private sector) will celebrate the center’s creation. Connect Puerto Rico Releases 2012 Residential Technology Assessment

Today, Connect Puerto Rico released its 2012 Residential Technology Assessment, which shows that that 65% of Puerto Rico adults do not subscribe to broadband service.
