Liberty Puerto Rico has launched a 100 Mbps Internet service. The service will provide broadband speeds of 100 Mbps download with 4Mbps upload. Critical Hub Launches Fiber-to-the-Home Internet Service in Puerto Rico

Critical Hub Networks is launching a gigabit fiber-to-the-home Internet service in Puerto Rico. The service will offer upload and download speeds of up to 1 Gbps, with unlimited data transfer, to residential customers. The “fiberhoods” will be developed similar to the Google Fiber model and will be available to communities that meet minimum signup goals. Seven communities will be involved in the initial launch. New Broadband Availability Figures Show Significant Increases in Puerto Rico

Almost 77% of Puerto Rico residents can now access broadband at speeds of at least 50 Mbps download/1.5 Mbps upload, excluding mobile wireless services. This was one of the findings highlighted in recently released research compiled by Connect Puerto Rico.
