Connect Puerto Rico at REGULATEL

This week, Connect Puerto Rico will participate in panel discussions at REGULATEL, the international forum designed to bring together dozens of representatives from various countries and organizations to exchange ideas relating to the development and regulation of telecommunications. Workshops and conferences on relevant technology topics will be conducted at this event. This is the first time that this plenary assembly is being held in San Juan. New Tech Workshops for Puerto Rico’s Seniors

The Puerto Rico Telecommunications Regulatory Board (PRTRB) has announced a new program to provide digital education in 33 towns across the island. The TechnoAbuelos initiative, a part of the PRTRB’s Planning, Adoption/Access, and Incentives for Broadband Services program, was designed specifically for senior citizens.
