2014 Caribbean Telecommunications Association Annual Meeting — January 27

The Caribbean Cable and Telecommunications Association (CCTA) meeting will be held January 27-29 at the Sheraton Hotel in San Juan. Approximately 300 attendees are expected at the association’s 31^st annual meeting.

“We are always excited to return to Puerto Rico for this meeting,” said Board Chair Beulah Jonis, who is the managing director of St. Maarten Cable TV.  “The CCTA was originally formed by two companies from Puerto Rico and one from the U.S. Virgin Islands, so we hold the annual meeting in Puerto Rico every other year.”

“We have some exceptional speakers this year, and are anticipating an excellent turnout from both the cable and telecommunications companies in the region and the programmers and vendors that provide the services used by our members,” she added.
