Brian Breslin is a tech blogger and thought-leader in the Miami area. At the recent Puerto Rico Tech Summit, he had an in-depth discussion with Giancarlo Gonzalez, Puerto Rico’s new CIO, about the development challenges and growth potential of Puerto Rico’s tech community.

startups) and the low cost of living paired with access to the US market (don’t forget they are part of the United States), Puerto Rico’s startup community is poised to explode in the next few years.
