Sherri Shaw serves as Facilitator for the Digital Works facility in Gallipolis, Ohio. Sherri is responsible for a wide range of training activities designed to teach, develop, improve, and maintain individuals’ necessary skillsets, place them in entry-level job positions, and also prepare them for jobs requiring greater skills. Sherri implements pre-hire testing procedures, classroom policies, and evaluation procedures as well as conducts surveys to identify student skillsets based on ongoing job placement efforts. In additions, Sherri plans, develops, and provides training and student development programs, using methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, role-playing, meetings, conferences, and workshops. Sherri holds a diploma in software application from the Gallipolis Career College.
